Since the start of PDRF’s business continuity programs for MSMEs, there have been opportunities to gather practical lessons and stories of recovery from small business owners who have been affected by previous disaster events. The “compendium” aims to provide an avenue for these stories and lessons learned to be documented as well as reflect the qualities that make an MSME resilient especially during times of disasters and disruptions.
